Nina Bennion appointed Accounts & Customer Services Director.
JointMedica is delighted to announce Nina Bennion as Accounts & Customer Services Director.
Nina has worked within the industry for over 20 years and began her association with the medical industry working at the Nuffield Hospital Edgbaston Birmingham. In 2000 she went to work for Midland Medical Technologies (MMT), the precursor to JointMedica, and the birthplace of the Birmingham Hip Resurfacing or BHR.
In 2004 Nina found herself assisting Smith & Nephew orthopaedics in transitioning MMT's purchasing and customer services to the new owners.
Following a year away from the industry Nina was invited to Join JointMedica, in the capacity of Customer Services Manager, where she worked between 2008 to 2015.
In 2016 Terry Smith, Managing Director of JointMedica, approached Nina to return to JointMedica and collaborate with him to begin to build the organisation.
Nina came back to JointMedica in the capacity of Accounts & Customer Services Manager. Together Nina and Terry have evolved JointMedica, started new business ventures, closed businesses, won multi-million-pound government grants, phased out JointMedica’s founding implant system, and most recently secured a business partnership with Exactech.
We are pleased on congratulating Nina on this well-deserved promotion.
