Job Vacancy - Product Development Engineer
Introduction / The Role
This post will require you to work within the Design and Development function of Jointmedica Ltd. to manage the realisation process of a number of new, high classification orthopaedic products and custom devices. You will be responsible for technical file and dossier creation; from firming of the product definition, through devising and managing verification and validation plans, to design transfer. You will ensure that risk is managed appropriately throughout the process, and that all aspects of your work conform to current and pending ISO standards and Device regulations.
Ideally you will be a graduate with an appropriate degree, have experience in medical product realisation, device design, and project/programme management in a similarly regulated environment. The position will work under the guidance of the Technical Director and with support from Commercial, Quality and Manufacturing functions.
You will be responsible for a number of products and their design histories

This is an office based position, so the candidate must live within commutable distance of Hallow, Worcestershire
Terms and conditions:
Salary – up to £30,000 depending on experience
Holiday entitlement 20 days + Bank Holidays
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5:00pm
